Our Trip to Saugan

I will share to you my first vacation. I was 9 years old when we went to Barangay Saugan, Daram, Samar. We went their twice, when i was 9 and 14 but the story that i will share is the first one. so start your engines and enjoy!

When I first heard the news that we were going on a trip and we will ride an airplane, I remember i am so excited that I can't even sleep haha!. So we went to the airport and when i first saw the  aircraft, i was shocked, happy and excited. I saw the flight attendants and they are all beautiful, and I'm so amazed by them and  I think that's when I realized that I want to be a Cabin crew.

So after our flight, we arrived at Catbalogan , Samar and from their we took a van to the port because we had to take a big boat to get to the Island. and it was very tiring because we travel by a boat for almost 2 hours i think. And when  we arrived at the island there's a lot of people waiting for us, they are my Mom's cousins and we unpacked and sleep first.

On our first day, My mom introduced me to my cousins, and at first i was shy but we became closer, we stayed their for two weeks. we visited our great grandpa's grave and my uncle picked some coconuts from the tree and we eat it with some powder milk and condensed milk. And then my mom and her cousins they picked some oysters while we are swimming. 

My great grandma told as a story about the two island, the two island that looks like a ship, and the two ships and the people there were fighting so the ship were struck by the lightning and became an island. and my great grandma also told us that the mermaids lives there. 

The most memorable day for me is the fiesta, because there's a lot of food ahahaha and there are a lot of events. I remember my grandma taught me how to dance cha cha. And I met a lot of people there. I hope i can visit their soon, i miss my cousins.
